As coaches, it’s important to understand the physical changes that happen with age and how to adapt training to keep our clients healthy and training no matter what age they are.
Taking a fundamental and holistic approach to improving performance: By Dr. Lee Burton | 17:00 – 18:00
It should always be the goal to increase the performance of an athlete. A good foundation of strength, power and speed can benefit everyone. Sometimes the best way to improve these areas is to address underlying weaknesses. In order to create this good foundation is to take a more holistic and fundamental approach in order to identify the key areas that will be barriers to improved performance. During this session Dr. Lee Burton will discuss the areas that lead to barriers for improvement and why they must be addressed.
